Monitored Support

WorkCast’s live event monitoring service offers you live online event support to give you the extra confidence you need to run your webinar successfully.

Customers who opt for our monitored event service will benefit from the reassurance knowing that the WorkCast Support team is instantly on hand to support your valuable online event. Our webinar experts will check your online event 24 hours in advance to ensure everything is working smoothly and will also monitor your entire live event to prevent you from running into any potential technical issues.

As we want both attendees and presenters to have the best event experience possible, our Event Support team proactively oversee your live event, platform data, and advanced analytics on attendee behavior to flag any potential issues as soon as possible.

Premium Managed Support

WorkCast’s premium managed event service is one of our Premium Support packages, so you can rest assured that our team of webinar experts will deliver a confident and risk-free event experience from start to finish. Our Event Support team will aid with your online event throughout every stage of the process, starting with your initial event set-up to creating your registration workflow to reminder email creation, running rehearsals, assisting presenters, and finally, hosting the live event. 

By supervising the planning and implementation of your webinar program, we give you the opportunity to focus on the important things, like creating engaging content, customer interaction, and webinar promotion. We will assign you with a dedicated Event Coordinator, whose sole purpose on the day is to oversee your live event and ensure it goes ahead smoothly and without interruption.

Virtual Event Project Managed Support

Virtual events are large, multi-session online events that can feature both webinars and webcasts. The most basic definition of a virtual event is an online event that involves people interacting in a virtual environment, rather than a physical location. They are highly interactive and give a similar look and feel to a physical event.
