These Terms and Conditions ("Free Business Services Terms") apply to users who access and use WorkCast's free services, which are made available for business purposes only.
These services may include, but are not limited to, creating and generating content, translations, transcripts, or other AI-powered outputs based on uploaded business content. These Free Business Services Terms are supplementary to, and should be read in conjunction with, the full WorkCast Terms and Conditions (the "Main Terms"), which apply to all users.
1. Scope of Free Business Services
1.1. The free services provided by WorkCast for business purposes may include, but are not limited to, content generation, transcription, translation, or other services that WorkCast may offer from time to time.
1.2. These free services are strictly for business use only and must not be used for personal purposes or resold without express written permission from WorkCast.
1.3. The free services are provided on an "as-is" basis, with no guarantees of accuracy, quality, or availability. WorkCast reserves the right to discontinue or modify these services or introduce additional free services at any time without notice.
2. Business Use and User Responsibilities
2.1. By using the free business services, you agree to comply with the Main Terms and these Free Business Services Terms, and confirm that you are using these services solely for legitimate business purposes.
2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that any uploaded content complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property rights, and does not contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful material as outlined in clause 2.3 of the Main Terms.
2.3. You retain ownership of any uploaded business content but grant WorkCast a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process and use the content for the purpose of providing the free business services.
3. Limitations of Use
3.1. The free business services are strictly intended for business use only. Any personal use or reselling of the services or generated content is strictly prohibited.
3.2. WorkCast reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the free business services if you breach these Free Business Services Terms or the Main Terms.
4. Data Privacy & Processing
4.1. Any personal data provided or generated through the use of the free business services will be handled in accordance with WorkCast’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4.2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that WorkCast may use third-party subprocessors for the purpose of providing these services in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Liability
5.1. WorkCast is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the free business services. This includes, but is not limited to, any errors in the generated outputs or any interruptions in service availability.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Free Business Services Terms, together with the Main Terms, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
