      Attach Media to Simulive or On-Demand Event

      This is an article that will go through how to attach your .mp4 Media to your WorkCast event if the presentation type is Simulive or On-Demand.

      To attach .mp4 media files to your Simulive or On-Demand event navigate to the Session Setup & studio access tab. Here you will see a Media tab available. 

      Here you can attach Media (.mp4) already uploaded to your WorkCast account to the event by clicking Choose existing. 

      This will show you a library of all Media in your account.

      Best Practice: Remove any spaces or special characters from your MP4 file name within your device before uploading and attaching to your event.
