Adding Slides/Media to your Slides only, Simulive or On-Demand Event
This is an article that will go through how you can add Slides or a Media (MP4) file to your WorkCast event if the presentation type is Slide Only, Simulive or On-Demand.

Add Slides
Slides can be uploaded and attached to your event If you are running a Classic Slides Only event.
To do this, within your event navigate to the Session Setup & studio access tab. Here you will see a Slides tab available.
To upload slides either drag and drop your .pptx file into this area or click on the the image to open your file manager where you can locate and chose the .pptx file from your computer.
Slides that have previously been loaded to the account can be selected here as well by clicking on the Choose Existing button. This will show you a library of all slides in the account.

Add Media
.mp4 media which has already been uploaded to your account can be added to any Simulive or On-Demand event.
To do this, within your event navigate to the Session Setup & studio access tab. Here you will see a Media tab available.
Here you can attach Media (.mp4) already uploaded to your WorkCast account to the event by clicking Choose existing.
This will show you a library of all Media in your account.

Best Practice: Remove any spaces or special characters from your MP4 file name within your device before uploading and attaching to your event.
