      Attach media to an on-demand event

      This is an article that will go through how to attach your .mp4 media to your WorkCast event if the presentation type is on-demand.

      To attach .mp4 media files to your on-demand event navigate to the Session Setup & studio Access tab. Here you will see a Media tab available. 

      Here you can attach media (.mp4) already uploaded to your WorkCast account to the event by clicking Choose Existing. 

      This will show you a library of all media in your account.

      Best Practice: Remove any spaces or special characters from your MP4 file name within your device before uploading and attaching to your event.
