What do I get from the trial?

  • You have full access to all features and functionalities of our self-service Business Pro plan. Find out what’s included in our pricing table.

What are the limitations?

  • The trial is based on our Business Pro plan which allows you to set up, host and broadcast webinars. If you’re interested in webcasts and/or Virtual Conferences too, please get in touch with one of our experts.

How do I set up an event?

  • We have our super helpful knowledge base, Insite, which provides a tonne of helpful guides, tips, and tricks on how to get the best out of your webinar. This guide will help you get started with your first event.

Is it free?

  • Yes. Absolutely free!

Does it require a credit card?

  • No, we don’t ask for your credit card details upon sign up. It’s your choice if you’d like to proceed with your account after the free trial ends.

How do I buy/upgrade my trial?

  • Our sales team is available to contact at any time. They’ll make sure you’re on the right plan for your specific requirements. 

Can I extend the trial if I haven’t used it in the allotted time?

  • Yes. You’ll need to contact our sales team who will review your case and can apply an extension to your account.

If I’ve had a trial, can I have another?

  • Unfortunately not. Our trial is a one-time use per company so when you sign up, make sure you have time over the subsequent 14 days to trial the platform.

How long is 14 days?

  • 14 calendar days. If you activate your trial on 1st January 2022 at 9:00 am, it will expire on 15th January 2022 at 9:00 am.

When does my trial start?

  • After signing up here, you’ll receive an activation email shortly after. Once you activate your account, your login details will be sent directly to you.

Am I agreeing to a contract when signing up for your free trial?

  • No. You will not enter into any legal obligations when signing up for the free trial.

If I don't proceed with a paid package after trial, will I have access to the stored data I created during my trial?

  • You will have access to all data up until the trial deactivates. We recommend downloading all required data before this time.
  • If your trial expires then all data will be erased securely.

Are there any setup fees?

  • No, it’s free!

Will I get a notification when my trial is coming to an end?

  • Yes, we email you regularly to check in, find out how you’re coming along with the trial, and notify the remaining free trial period.

What happens to my account data after I upgrade?

  • After upgrading, we convert your trial account into subscriptions account. All data remains there for you to access.

What levels of support do I have during the trial?

  • You have full access to Insite and our support team via email: support@workcast.com.

What types of webinars can I run?

  • You have the ability to run live and simulive sessions, and host on-demand webinars.

Can I run a Virtual Event/Conference on the trial?

  • The trial is based on our Producer+ Licence which allows you to set up, host, and broadcast webinars. If you’re interested in webcasts and/or Virtual Conferences too, please get in touch with one of our experts.

How many free trials can I have?

  • Our trial is a one-time use per company so when you sign up, make sure you have time over the subsequent 14 days to trial the platform.

What happens after the free trial?

  • You’ll be notified via email when your trial is coming to an end. If you decide we’re the right platform for you (yey!), our Sales Team is available to contact at any time. They’ll make sure you’re on the right plan for your specific requirements. . If you decide it’s not right for you, then the trial will simply deactivate and all data erased. 

How quickly will I be onboarded after upgrading?

  • Onboarding begins immediately (after you’ve signed a Sales Agreement). We’ll introduce you to the onboarding team who will ensure the setup of your branded template and first event is seamless!
  • You’ll also be introduced to your dedicated Account Manager who will be your main point of contact for the remainder of your plan subscription.

What does it mean to upgrade my account?

  • Upgrading your account means you enter into a legally binding agreement. This could be on any of our Self-Service of Premium options we have available. Learn more about our pricing here.

How much does it cost to upgrade my account?

  • The trial is based on our Producer+ Licence which costs Β£4,740 (plus VAT)/$5,940. You may be more suited to other packages depending on your specific requirements. Get in touch and we can help you decide which option is best for you.

Can I use my trial for live webinars or just for testing?

  • Yes. You will be able to run live webinars within your account.

Is the trial accessible in my country?

  • Yes. WorkCast is accessible in all countries!

Is the trial only in English?

  • Currently, yes. But we’re working on more language options.
