Producers are able to:

  • Create, manage and run Multi-Session and Single Events
  • Create Presenters
  • Manage channels
  • Access advanced reporting
  • Access/edit email communications per event
This role has access to a wide range of features that allow managing and running a range of event types and configurations.

2. Event Specific Roles

There are 2 additional roles in the platform which are related to event-specific functions.

Content Editor

The Content Editor role is specifically designed for our Premium Event Support (managed event) customers to add their event-specific content into event pages.

Content Editor users can access only events created for their user by the WorkCast team at time of booking.

The WorkCast team will create the user and send a log in email directly from the platform to grant access to the specific event you have booked with us.

The user can then login and add information to their events at their convenience and submit it to WorkCast to review and finalize.

To do this login to your account click into Your Events where you will see the Events created with your Content Editor user:

This login can be reused when booking further events allowing you to add content and submit to us for event finalisation.

Further information about the Content Editor process can be found here.

Presenter

The Presenter role is specifically designed for event presenters to login to the webinar/session they have been allocated to present on.

Presenter logins can be created by either Producer or Content Editor users and can be emailed their unique login to the WorkCast Studio. This email is sent via the Email Presenters button within the Event Experience tab and will include their Username, Password and the studio link to join.

(Note for Premium Support events your Event Support Specialist will email the login details directly to you)
