 Where do I find the transcript? 

Once transcripts are enabled on your account, a transcript is created every time on-demand captions are generated. There is nothing to request per event.

The transcript sits next to your captions file and shares its name, so you can work out its address from the Captions URL shown on the Manage Media screen. Change the ending .vtt to .transcript.txt.

For example, if your Captions URL is:

//glc2.workcast.com/clusterSVCFS1/NAS/PseudoMedia/10939/7794149002118921/vtt/10939_gljibrisd1_196724_01_20261002142601812_en-US.vtt

your transcript is at:

//glc2.workcast.com/clusterSVCFS1/NAS/PseudoMedia/10939/7794149002118921/vtt/10939_gljibrisd1_196724_01_20261002142601812_en-US.transcript.txt

This holds for every event and every language, as the transcript always takes the captions file name.
